Swarnaprashana is an ancient Ayurvedic practice where gold (Swarna bhasma) and other brain development medicines are administered to children in a specific dosage, usually mixed with honey and ghee, to enhance their overall health and immunity. It is one of the 16 Samskaras (rituals) mentioned in Ayurveda for the development of a child.
